OKONOMI-YAKI is a Japanese-style savoury pancake. It has spread from Kansai area to all over Japan . If you haven’t tried it yet, we serve you the best in Vancouver.
Our OKONOMI-YAKI contains lots of cabbage and your choice of protein. Grated yam is our secret to make it soft and fluffy.
KUMA's Special - Noodle in Soup
Our Udon broth is made by our chef in-house.
She brought the idea of sweet soup base from her home-town, Wakayama Prefecture in Japan. Adding Shitake Mashroom creates a perfect match with its base and gives flavour to the soup.
